This page explains the intended use of YEMA Swap in Switzerland, the data processed, and the safety rules to follow.
Use
- YEMA Swap helps private groups organize sticker swaps. The app does not guarantee that a physical swap will happen.
- YEMA Swap is an independent app. It is not affiliated with Panini, FIFA, or sticker album publishers.
- If an account is used by a child, real-life swaps must remain supervised by an adult.
- Each participant must check their own stickers before proposing, accepting, or handing over a swap.
Personal data
- The app processes the nickname, email address, groups, collection, and swap history needed for the service.
- The email address is used to validate the account and send necessary links. It is encrypted in the database.
- A data subject may ask the app administrator to correct or delete their data.
Safety
- There is no free chat: only predefined messages can be sent.
- Never share a postal address, phone number, private meetup place, or other sensitive information.
- Rare or important swaps must be checked by an adult before handover.
